Simple Dijon Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette was so easy and yummy! I thew it together for my salad. I used baby romaine, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, radishes, and carrots. I made the vinaigrette in a smaller batch and I used Truvia instead of sugar. Once I stirred the the liquid ingredients together I added salt, pepper, and Truvia to taste. I also added some minced garlic. It was delish!!! Here is the original recipe!  
  •  2/3 cup olive
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar (or Truvia)
