Eating clean can be a real challenge. If you don't put in the prep work, it's almost impossible!! However I do try to eat as clean as possible, as often as possible! I have also recently made the switch to organic/hormone free etc in produce, meat, & dairy.
Today for lunch I had "smashed" potatoes, wilted baby kale & spinach, chicken breast, and carmelized onions. Mmmmmm.
